How To Register As An Agency Worker

Step One

Apply for a job

You can easily apply for a job on our jobs page, here you can upload your CV and set up your preferences in our candidate portal. 

Step Two

Book your onboarding call

We will arrange an onboarding call at a time that suits you, once you have been accepted to join our team. here we will learn more about you to see how we can best assist your job search.

Step Three

Complete registration documents

If everything is acceptable for you, our team will send you our candidate registration documents via our E-sign software PandaDoc. Here you can upload your details we require to register you as a worker.

Step Four

Training & DBS Checks

Once your registration documents are complete, we will issue any training modules that you need to be fully qualifies for the types of role we provide. we will also request a DBS check to be completed. The cost of which will be reimbursed back to you after you have worked 100 hours with Nightingale chefs. all of our other training modules are free of charge.

Step Five

Join Our Online Rota

Now you are all trained and qualified, you can then join our online rota, Connecteam. here you can manage your availability, claim open shifts, submit timesheets and see your current bookings.

You are fully registered and ready to go, our team will keep you updated with the latest assignments in your area. If you see a role that you like and works around your availability, you can claim the booking and we will get everything finalised.
